Join us on Thursday, December 11th, 2025 for Cover WV Day, an event where Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators will be available at our Lincoln Primary Care Center, Madison Medical, SWVHS-Delbarton, and SWVHS-Man clinic locations. Our Health Insurance Marketplace Navigators will assist you with enrollment, explain your options, and answer questions that you may have.

If you are unable to attend Cover WV Day in person and need assistance, call us at 304-824-5860 Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, and one of our trained navigators will help you over the phone.
