Wellness, Education, Learning and Lifestyle Center
Mission Statement: Southern West Virginia Health System W.E.L.L. Center mission is to encourage healthy lifestyles, maximize wellness and improve quality of life through individual prevention, education, and learning programs.
The W.E.L.L. Center offers a variety of programs and activities for all age groups to prevent chronic disease and promote healthier lifestyles through education, physical fitness, support groups and access to professional support staff.
Exercise Equipment Program: Professional grade fitness equipment is available for use at a minimal cost of $10 per month for an individual and $25 per month for a family of three or more. Additionally, we participate in the Silver Sneakers program.
Senior Lunch Program: Provides free lunches Monday through Friday to seniors age 55 and older. We are currently averaging 100 lunches per day with donations accepted.
