At Southern West Virginia Health System, your feedback helps us improve the care and services we provide. Each fall and spring, we invite patients to participate in our Patient Experience Survey to share their thoughts about their recent visit.

The survey helps us understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. Your responses help guide decisions about patient services, communication, and health center operations so we can continue providing high quality, patient centered care.

The survey only takes a few minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential and anonymous.

The Spring 2026 Patient Experience Survey is now closed. We will run another Patient Experience Survey in Fall 2026, and those dates will be announced as soon as possible.
