Phone Service Disruption Notice – 4/7/2026

Southern West Virginia Health System is currently experiencing phone service issues impacting several locations, including Delbarton, Man, Logan, Oceana, and Whitesville.

Patients may experience difficulty with incoming calls, including dropped calls, audio issues, or reduced call quality. Outgoing calls remain functional at this time.

The issue has been reported to our telephony provider, who is actively working toward a resolution. We have been advised that this disruption is affecting multiple organizations beyond our system.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as service is restored.

We are a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C, 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Southern West Virginia Health System is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facilities, meaning all malpractice claims are subject to federal procedural law. Our health centers serve all patients regardless of ability to pay.
