Spring 2026 Patient Experience Survey Now Open

Southern West Virginia Health System’s Spring 2026 Patient Experience Survey is now open. Patients who recently visited one of our health centers are invited to share feedback about their experience to help us improve.

The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete and helps us better understand what we are doing well and where we can improve. Your responses play an important role in helping us strengthen patient services, communication, and overall care experience.

We are a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C, 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service Employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n). Southern West Virginia Health System is a Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) deemed facilities, meaning all malpractice claims are subject to federal procedural law. Our health centers serve all patients regardless of ability to pay.
