Students in West Virginia public schools will need:
- Annual HealthCheck/physical examination from a doctor/medical provider
- Dental examination from a dentist
- Already required adolescent vaccinations (Tdap and Meningitis shots)
Our Logan Health Center can provide all of the above examinations and immunizations, including dental examinations.
Our other Health Centers can provide the physical examination and immunizations.
