SWVHS Leaders Graduate from Emerging Leadership Program
Southern West Virginia Health System is proud to announce that Pharmacy Operations Director Cody Coffman, PhramD, and Director of Advocacy and Grants Management Caroline Smith, MPA, have graduated from the BecomeMore Emerging Leadership Program, hosted by the West Virginia Primary Care Association (WVPCA).
The program brought together emerging leaders from community health centers across West Virginia for an intensive, multi-month leadership development experience. Participants engaged in structured learning, peer collaboration, and applied leadership strategies designed to strengthen organizational impact. The program was delivered in partnership with the BecomeMore Group, a national organization focused on practical leadership development and performance growth.
Cody and Caroline began the program in September 2024 at the WVPCA Leadership Forum and have since completed a six-month journey centered on personal growth, strategic thinking, and team development.
Their graduation reflects both individual commitment and SWVHS’s continued investment in strong, forward focused leadership. Please join us in congratulating Cody and Caroline on this outstanding achievement!
