When to Enroll

The Health Insurance Marketplace has specific enrollment periods:

  • Open Enrollment Period: Typically occurs once per year

How to Get Started

To get started, give us a call Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM at 304-824-5806.

On your call, our Patient Navigators may ask for the following information to assist you:

  • The number of people living in your household
  • Your household income
  • The home address for each person applying for coverage
  • The social security number and date of birth for each applicant
  • W-2 forms for members of your household

The information you provide to the Patient Navigator is ONLY used for your Health Insurance Marketplace application and is kept completely confidential.

If a language translator is needed, please let us know which language is preferred, and we will schedule a translator to make contact and assist in completing the Health Insurance Marketplace application.
