Matthew Rafa, PharmD, is an experienced pharmacist with over twenty years of industry experience who joined Southern West Virginia Health System in 2024. Since then, he has been an integral part of our integrated care model at Dennis’ Pharmacy. You may also see Matthew at our Lincoln Primary Care Center location, where our pharmacists and providers work side by side as part of our integrated care model.

Our Dennis’ Pharmacy is open Monday Friday 9:00am to 6:00pm, with the exception of noon to 1:00 pm when they are closed for lunch. Our Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with the exception of noon to 1:00 pm when they are closed for lunch.

Yes! We do have drive-thru services at Dennis’ Pharmacy and at our Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program.
