Richard Finley, RPh is an experienced pharmacist who joined Southern West Virginia Health System in 2011. Since then, he has been an integral part of our integrated care model at our Lincoln Primary Care Center location, where our pharmacists and providers work side by side to help improve the health and wellness of the communities we serve.  

Our Lincoln Primary-Rexcellence Program located at Lincoln Primary Care Center provides:  

  • Prescription medications 
  • Over-the-counter medications, vitamins, and first aid supplies 
  • The ability to speak with our pharmacist on duty who can answer any questions you may have about your medications

RPh stands for registered pharmacist, and is a professional designation received after passing national and state pharmacy board examinations. 

What are the days and times your Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program is open?  

Our Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program is open Monday-Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm, with the exception of noon to 1:00 pm when they are closed for lunch.  

Does your Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program have a drive-thru?  

Yes! We do have drive-thru services at our Lincoln Primary- Rexcellence Program.   

What are some over-the-counter medications and vitamins I can find at your Lincoln Primary-Rexcellence Program?
