Located within Chapmanville Regional High School, the Tiger Center for Health is a Southern West Virginia Health System school-based health center designed to provide convenient access to essential healthcare services for students.
The center supports student health by offering accessible care that helps address illness, manage ongoing health needs, and promote overall well being in a familiar and supportive school environment. Care is delivered with a focus on early intervention, prevention, and timely support to help students stay healthy, engaged, and ready to learn.
Students must have a completed enrollment and consent form on file to receive services. These forms are distributed at the beginning of each school year and are also available for pickup inside the school-based health center.
