Located within the Lincoln County Board of Education, the Lincoln Education Wellness Center is a Southern West Virginia Health System school-based health center designed to provide convenient access to essential healthcare services for students and school communities.

The center supports student health by offering accessible care that helps address illness, manage ongoing health needs, and promote overall well being in a familiar and supportive environment. Care is delivered with a focus on early intervention, prevention, and timely support to help students stay healthy, engaged, and ready to learn.

This location currently supports the Duval Yellow Jackets as they await the opening of their newly constructed elementary and middle school, helping ensure students continue to have access to care during this transition period.

Students must have a completed enrollment and consent form on file to receive services. These forms are distributed at the beginning of each school year and are also available for pickup at the health center.
