Since 2010, SWVHS – Guyan Valley Wellness Center has been growing alongside the residents of Lincoln & Cabell counties.
We continue to provide equitable access to quality-driven primary, preventive, and acute care needs for:
- Our newly born residents
- Our school-aged children
- Our recent high school graduates
- And the members of our adult population
Our Guyan Valley Wildcat Center, our school-based health center focusing on the needs of our Guyan Valley Middle School students, is operated from the Guyan Valley Wellness Center.
In addition, we opened our Guyan Valley Pharmacy in 2024, providing our patients and the community with a prescription pharmacy conveniently located alongside our health center.
No matter the age or stage in life, our caring providers and staff look forward to assisting our communities with their health and wellness needs.
